Design, develop, and optimize ETL/ELT processes using Informatica PowerCenter, Informatica Cloud (IICS), or Informatica BDM. Build and maintain data pipelines to extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various sources into data warehouses/lakes. Ensure data integrity, quality, and consistency across various data sources and destinations. Develop and maintain data integration workflows for real-time and batch data processing. Work with SQL and NoSQL databases, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and big data technologies. Collaborate with business teams to understand data needs and implement scalable solutions. Monitor and optimize ETL performance, troubleshooting issues as needed. Implement data governance, security, and compliance best practices. Create technical documentation and support data migration and transformation initiatives. Required Skills & Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in data engineering with hands-on expertise in Informatica PowerCenter/IICS/BDM. Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, or Java for data processing and scripting. Experience working with relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL) and data warehousing solutions (Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery). Familiarity with cloud data services (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and big data tools (Spark, Hadoop). Knowledge of data modeling, data architecture, and ETL best practices. Experience with workflow scheduling tools such as Control-M, Apache Airflow, or equivalent. Understanding of data governance, security, and compliance requirements. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in an agile environment. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Informatica Cloud (IICS) and API-based integrations. Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices for data engineering. Certification in Informatica, AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is a plus.
