  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description:- 1. Receive PO: Record in PO book/entry autocount, verify with quotation. 2. Issue Jobsheet: Use Excel format & Easy Job System. 3. Purchase Requests: Fill in for materials/outsourced items, check receiving status. 4. Financial Documents: Issue credit notes, purchase returns, and debit notes (for customers or suppliers). 5. Production Coordination: Follow up and coordinate production flow and goods status. 6. Quotations: Calculate and issue quotations. 7. Sample Submission: Arrange and manage sample submissions. 8. Forecast & Schedule: Keep forecasts and schedules updated. 9. Shipment Arrangements: Issue DO/Packing list, arrange containers, apply for CA & Form D. 10. Customer Communication: Handle product inquiries, costing, and complaints via email/phone. 11. Bad Debt: Follow up with customers regarding outstanding payments. 12. Supplier/Subcon: Manage billing, costing, and quantity for suppliers and subcontractors. 13. R&D New Product: Find new suppliers for outsourced items. 14. Ad-Hoc Tasks: Perform any tasks assigned by superiors (e.g., audits by customers or suppliers). 15. Exhibition: Participate in and manage exhibition-related tasks. Requirement:- 1) Candidates must possess at least a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in , Business Administration or equivalent. 2) Candidates with a minimum 1-2 years' customer service background in shipping or logistics would be required for this role. 3) A team player, good leadership, self-driven and independent to work under pressure to meet deadlines with strong analytical and good communication skills. 4) Candidate must be able to speaks and write good English. 5) Proficient in MS Office application 6) Must be prepared to learn new system applications. 7) Details Oriented 8) Advantages costing
