- Preparation of monthly customers’ statements and fax/email/send to customer. - Managing office including dealing with local authorities when needed. - Data entry or filing of employees related claims and key in data in SQL System. - Data entry and checking for creditor invoice. - Reconciliations for bank or supplier. - Prepare payment voucher requested by other departments. - Prepare fixed & supplier payment by monthly/daily. - Issue general purposes official receipt. - Prepare monthly salary journal entry and generate monthly supplier aging report for superior review. - Do book-keeping for all related/relevant documents (invoices / bills for audit, softcopy and hardcopy). - Preparing of payment utilities bills (TNB, water, cell phone, petrol etc.). - Taking care of all company equipment consumables/stock. - Dealing with local vendors, obtaining quotation. - Prepare tenancy agreement schedule payment and ensure the tenant paid accordingly. - Perform other related duties as required and instructed by superior.
