Production Supervisor (Semenyih)

JOB DESCRIPTIONS: I. Oversees the daily operations of a manufacturing or production line. II. Supervising and coordinating the activities of production workers. III. Ensure that all production equipment is maintained and in good working order. IV. Develop and maintain production reports and records, such as production schedules, inventory levels, and production costs. V. Collaborate with other departments, such as logistics and quality assurance, to ensure that production processes are coordinated and integrated with other business processes. VI. Adhered to all workplace safety and Food Safety, HALAL standard requirements. JOB REQUIREMENTS: • Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in manufacturing or production. • Candidate should possess at least SPM, Diploma, Degree or Professional Certificate. • Leadership experience or training in supervising teams. • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address production issues quickly and effectively. • Knowledge of production processes and techniques in a manufacturing environment. • Knowledge in SQL Accounting software is added advantage. • English, BM and BC speaking and writing skill. • Able to work independently under pressure and tight deadlines. • Willing to do overtime. • Able to work at Cheras & Semenyih area.
