ASSISTANT MANAGER, ACCOUNTS 1. Possess qualification in LCCI/Accountancy/ACCA or equivalent. 2. Minimum 5 years working experiences of accounting and finance in sector Construction, Property Development and other related fields. 3. Positive working attitude and responsible person. 4. Prepare and handling full set accounts and generate relevant reports. 5. Liaising with auditors, banker, solicitors, company secretary and tax agents pertaining to finance, accounts, secretarial and tax matters. 6. Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness. 7. Performing duty day-to-day activities of the Accounts Department. 8. Coordinate the preparation of Annual Budget. 9. Prepare of routine management information including financial accounts, budget and cash flow management. 10. Perform any other tasks and assignments as directed by the Management from time to time. 11. Managing internal control system and accounting information system. 12. Work closely with all departments on operational and accounting related matters. 13. Able to work in a team environment.
