Job Overview This role reports directly to Marco's Chief Corporate Officer, to work closely with vendors to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery, resolve operational issues, and maintain strong vendor relationships. This role will naturally grow to be a senior specialist in 12-18 months, based on the candidate's growth and achievements. Roles & Responsibilities - Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key vendors, ensuring effective communication and timely resolution of any issues. - Serve as the main point of contact between vendors and internal teams. - Monitoring vendor performance and compliance with contractual terns and quality standards. - Assist in identifying and evaluating potential vendors, ensuring they meet the company's standards and requirements. - Maintain accurate records of vendor contracts, service agreements. - Work with vendors to identify opportunities for process improvements, cost savings, and service enhancements. Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. - At least 2-3 years of experience in vendor management, operations, or a related role. - Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills - Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple vendor relationships simultaneously.
