POSITION SUMMARY: A human resources (HR) assistant is a certified professional who handles the daily administrative and HR duties of an organization. They assist HR managers with recruitment, record maintenance and payroll processing, and provide clerical support to all employees. Involve a wide range of support activities inside our HR department, from coordinating meetings to maintaining our employee database to posting job ads. An important part of your role will be to act as the liaison between HR and employees, ensuring smooth communication and prompt resolution of requests and questions. You’ll also assist in creating policies, processes and documents. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:  Assisting with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties  Providing clerical and administrative support to Human Resources executives  Compiling and updating employee records (hard and soft copies)  Process offshore crew payroll and prepare payment bulk to upload online banking.  Check and process crew expenses claim and salary advance.  Communicates to the crew for any changes of employment terms and agreement.
