Electrical Supervisor

Job Purpose: To oversees installation, daily monitoring, protection of equipment and handle inspection with sub-contractor & consultant in construction projects, ensuring compliance with regulations, efficiency, and reliability for power distribution and building operations. Qualification & Requirement: • Candidate must possess minimum Diploma, Professional certificate or equivalent in Electrical field. • Minimum 5 years of experience in a supervisory role in the construction industry. • Proven track record of successfully delivering Electrical engineering projects. • Familiar with MS Office. • Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills. • Proficient in reading and interpreting engineering drawings, specifications, and project plans. • Excellent organizational and time management skills. • Ability to work independently with minimum supervision. Main Responsibilities: • Ensuring project progress at site to follow the stipulated project plan/timeline. • Attend site, highlight sub-contractor on project sequences and start works and prepare project progress update. • To ensure sub-contractor to submit inspection form & daily works record in timely manner. • To liaise/coordinate/monitor/inspect the progress & quality of the work of the subordinates/ general workers / nominated sub-contractors. • Report to the superior regarding site update/status/condition. • Identify and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the construction process. • Ensure that work at site shall be in compliance with specification. • To carry out such duties and job functions as may be assigned to you from time to time by the Superior and such duties are not necessarily limited to the above title and responsibilities and may be subject to changes.
