KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Play a key role in planning, designing, and executing company-wide initiatives, ensuring they align with business goals. Track progress and provide insights to drive success. - Support the Manager and Head of Department (HOD) with operational and administrative tasks, helping streamline priorities and enhance efficiency so they can focus on strategic objectives. - Work cross-functionally with teams to ensure seamless execution of initiatives, leveraging resources and maintaining a high standard of professionalism and accountability. - Perform strategic research, writing, editing, and high-level administrative tasks to support executive functions. - Prepare talking points, speeches, presentations, reports, proposals, and correspondence for the Group Chief Executive Officer (GCEO), ensuring alignment with internal and external communication needs. - Organize and maintain files, reviewing documents for accuracy, clarity, and confidentiality. - Conduct research, data analysis, and feasibility studies to assess potential business opportunities. - Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and provide insights for Senior Management. - Assist in creating presentation materials and periodic project management reports. - Generate management reports, business plans, and ad hoc updates for Senior Management and steering committees. - Collaborate across departments to ensure smooth execution of corporate strategies and business plans. - Support business plan execution and contribute to the success of key corporate initiatives. - Provide secretariat support for critical corporate projects and governance-related tasks. QUALIFICATIONS - Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Strategic -Planning or a related field. - At least 1-2 years of working experience in corporate planning, strategic management, or business operations. - Proven ability to analyze business data, support strategic initiatives, and contribute to Company's growth is essential. - Passionate about strategic thinking, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Proactive with attention to detail and the ability to work independently under tight deadlines. - Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders at all levels. - A team player who can manage stakeholders effectively and ensure timely completion of deliverables. - Proficient in leveraging new analytical techniques to develop innovative business insights. - Highly skilled in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and other relevant tools to create impactful presentations, reports, and analyses. - Experience in management consultancy or business advisory is an added advantage.
