- Schedules and monitoring service appointments. Obtains customer and vehicle data prior to arrival when possible.
- Greets customers in a timely, friendly manner.
- Overseeing and handling customer's payment in the department.
- Provides a complete and accurate written cost estimate for labor and parts.
- Contacts customers regarding any changes in the estimate time, explains cost and time requirements in detail, and gets proper authorization before any additional repairs are performed.
- Oversee and maintain Customer Satisfaction Index rating
- Advise customers on the care of their cars and the value of maintaining their vehicles in accordance with manufacturers’ specifications, using maintenance menus.
- Follows all company safety policies and procedures and immediately report any and all accidents to a manager or supervisor.
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field.
- Candidate with working experience in related field will be added advantage.
- Fresh graduate is welcome to apply.
- Fluent in English & Bahasa Malaysia.
- Good customer orientation, positive serving attitude, friendliness and patience towards customer.
- Good verbal manners and showing respect and trustworthiness.
