JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: - Respond to inquiries, feedback, and complaints from both new and existing customers, ensuring high customer satisfaction. - Identify and develop new customer relationships to expand the client base. - Support the Marketing Manager and Managing Director in sales and marketing initiatives. - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers for long-term business success. - Gather insights on customer and competitor activities to enhance sales strategies. - Ensure timely payment collection to maintain a healthy cash flow. - Execute tasks assigned by the Section Head and senior management. - Act as the primary liaison for assigned customers, managing: (i) Order reception, entry, and scheduling (ii) Delivery negotiations (internally and externally) (iii) Shipment arrangements, pricing, invoicing, payment collection, cargo claims, and consignment billing - Coordinate with transporters, forwarders, and agents to ensure smooth and timely deliveries. - Verify that billing invoices align with agreed quotations. - Collaborate with customers on forecasts, pricing, payment collections, order deliveries, shipping arrangements, invoicing, and cargo claims. - Provide support to both overseas and local sales teams as needed. - Conduct regular customer visits to ensure service quality and satisfaction. - Support the company's objectives and complete assigned tasks from supervisors and management. - Continuously seek and propose improvements to enhance overall company quality. REQUIREMENTS: - Certification/Diploma in any field. - 2-3 years of experience in a sales-related role from any industry. - Proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage, as the role involves liaising with customers from China and Taiwan. - Strong mathematical skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. - Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities. - Strong customer service and marketing skills. - Good interpersonal skills and knowledge of quality systems.
