Chief Security Officer

Key Responsibilities: • Develop and implement comprehensive security strategies and policies to protect company assets, guests and employees. • Oversee security operations, including physical security and crisis management. • Conduct risk assessments and implement preventive measures to mitigate threats. • Lead investigations into security incidents and recommend corrective actions. • Collaborate with law enforcement, regulatory agencies, and external security partners. • Ensure compliance with local security and safety regulations. • Manage and oversee the security team, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluation. • Conduct manpower planning to ensure optimal staffing levels for security operations. • Establish emergency response protocols and conduct regular drills. • Provide security and safety awareness training to employees. • Conduct safety training programs and ensure adherence to occupational health and safety standards. • Prepare and present security reports to senior management. Requirements & Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Security Management or any related field. • Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in security service. • Proven leadership experience in managing security teams and operations. • Strong knowledge of risk management, crisis response, and regulatory compliance. • In-depth understanding of workplace safety and occupational health standards. • Strong expertise in manpower planning and resource allocation. • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. • Ability to work under pressure and respond effectively to emergencies. • Proficiency in security technologies and surveillance systems.
