Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Import Logistics Officer. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the entire import shipment process, including coordination with suppliers, arranging transportation, and ensuring the smooth customs clearance process. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage the import shipment process from organizing shipments to receiving goods. 2. Coordinate with relevant parties such as suppliers, transporters, and customs agents to ensure smooth import operations. 3. Ensure all shipping documents, including invoices, packing lists, and other necessary paperwork, are complete and accurate. 4. Organize and monitor shipment schedules to ensure timely delivery of goods. 5. Handle any issues related to shipments and resolve problems that may arise during the shipping process. 6. Ensure compliance with regulations and policies related to the importation of goods. 7. Analyze costs and processes to identify opportunities for efficiency improvements and cost savings. Requirements: 1. Minimum SPM or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. 2. At least 1-2 years of experience handling shipments or transportation, with a focus on import processes. 3. Basic understanding of import procedures, customs clearance, and transportation. 4. Strong communication skills in both written and spoken English and/or Bahasa Malaysia. 5. Ability to manage multiple shipments simultaneously with strong attention to detail. 6. Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel; experience with logistics software is a plus. 7. Ability to identify and resolve issues that may arise in the shipping process. 8. Willing to commute at Pulau Indah, Selangor
