Site Supervisor - Project Construction
Job Summary:
The Site Supervisor (Project Construction) is responsible for overseeing daily site operations, ensuring work progresses according to plans, schedules, and quality standards. The role involves coordinating workers, subcontractors, and materials while maintaining a safe and compliant work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Site Supervision & Coordination
Oversee and manage on-site construction activities to ensure work aligns with project specifications and timelines.
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth workflow.
Monitor labor and resource allocation, ensuring optimal productivity.
Quality Control & Compliance
Ensure construction work meets quality and safety standards as per regulations.
Conduct inspections and resolve issues related to defects or non-compliance.
Implement corrective actions when necessary to maintain high-quality workmanship.
Health & Safety
Enforce workplace safety standards and ensure all workers comply with health and safety regulations.
Conduct regular safety briefings and toolbox meetings.
Report and address any safety hazards or incidents immediately.
Project Planning & Progress Monitoring
Track project progress, report delays, and propose solutions to maintain schedules.
Assist in resolving site-related issues to prevent project delays.
Ensure timely completion of project milestones as per deadlines.
Material & Equipment Management
Monitor material usage, prevent wastage, and ensure timely deliveries.
Ensure proper handling and maintenance of tools and equipment.
Documentation & Reporting
Maintain site reports, logs, and documentation of work progress.
Prepare and submit daily/weekly reports to the project manager.
Record and communicate site challenges and necessary adjustments.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
