Role Description
We are seeking a Client Servicing Manager – Digital to join our team in Kuala Lumpur. This is a full-time hybrid role with flexibility for remote work. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in managing client relationships, ensuring project success and client satisfaction, and collaborating with our programming and creative teams to deliver high-quality solutions on time.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate closely with the programming team to ensure timely delivery of digital projects.
  • Facilitate clear and effective communication between clients and internal teams.
  • Identify client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet business objectives.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and quality standards are upheld.
  • Monitor project progress, troubleshoot issues, and provide proactive updates to clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to promote long-term partnerships
Requirements:
  • 2-3 Years of Experience in similar roles
  • Strong Client Services and Client Relations skills.
  • Proven track record in Customer Satisfaction and Effective Communication.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently when required.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Understanding of tech and digital concepts is a plus.
  • Experience in the marketing or digital industry is preferred.
  • Project management experience is a bonus
  • Proficient in English and Mandarin
