  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Case Review & Processing

  • Ensure all processes comply with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Review new case registrations and adjustments to ensure financial reserves are accurate.
  • Verify supporting documents, assess reports, and provide recommendations for settlement.
  • Conduct legal reviews and investigations when needed to ensure fair resolutions.

Payments

  • Conduct Sanction Screenings on payee details before processing payments.
  • Create account codes and assist in preparing payment requests.
  • Review and verify supporting documents to ensure accuracy before processing payments.

Recovery

  • Identify cases eligible for recovery and initiate the process once approvals are given.
  • Monitor outstanding recoveries and follow up where necessary.
  • Work with the Credit Control team on reversals and payment issuances.

Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Risk Management, Economics, or other related fields.
