  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Duties:

Management Reporting

  • Support monthly financial reporting by consolidating data from multiple sources.
  • Collaborate with local finance teams to ensure accurate and timely data submission.

Monthly Financial Analysis

  • Perform variance analysis by comparing financial results to budget/forecast, identifying trends, and providing insights.
  • Prepare data for the Monthly Financial Review, update tables, and deliver commentary for senior management.

Budgeting and Forecasting

  • Assist in the annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes by gathering data and performing analysis.
  • Support the creation of commentary on assumptions and risks to guide financial planning.

Operating Processes and Internal Control

  • Help maintain and enhance templates, processes, and controls in financial reporting across all entities.

Ad hoc Projects

  • Assist on other ad hoc projects as required

Requirements:

Academic Qualification

  • Degree in Accountancy, Finance or professional qualification in accounting i.e. ACCA, CPA, CIMA, etc.

Working Experience

  • At least 2 years of relevant finance experience; prior exposure to FP&A or similar roles preferred.

Personality

  • Detail-oriented and analytical with a proactive approach.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
  • Tenacity and problem-solving skills
  • High integrity and able to work independently
  • Self-driven and motivated individual with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Technical

  • Competent in PC applications e.g. Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Microsoft Excel and etc.
  • Experience in Oracle Netsuite is a plus.
  • Basic accounting knowledge, including an understanding of consolidation is a plus.

Contract length: 3 months

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
