  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

About the role

We are looking for a motivated and skilled Dental Clinic Assistant to join our dynamic team at our practice in Permatang Pauh, Penang. As a full-time Dental Clinic Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our dentists and ensuring the seamless and efficient functioning of our clinic. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a passionate team dedicated to delivering outstanding patient care.

What you'll be doing

  • Warmly welcoming and greeting patients in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Assisting dentists during patient examinations and dental procedures.
  • Preparing, sterilizing, and maintaining dental instruments and equipment.
  • Managing and updating patient records and electronic medical files.
  • Ordering, organizing, and maintaining clinic supplies and inventory.
  • Scheduling, coordinating, and confirming patient appointments.
  • Delivering exceptional customer service and addressing patient inquiries.
  • Handling various administrative tasks to support the clinic’s daily operations.
