Administration (Contract Staff)
· To provides administrative support to Admin Executive by performing various day-to-day administrative duties to ensure the smooth operation of the Sales Department.
· Performing administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying and scanning documents.
· Maintaining client databases and updating customer contact information in SAP system.
· Prepare monthly payment (Request for Payment).
· Assist on insurance of payment receipts, purchase order, delivery order, invoice, car registration, and insurance.
· Communication and Coordination Liaise with other departments such as finance, procurement, and marketing to ensure smooth coordination and execution of sales-related activities.
· To perform other duties as assigned.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
