- Certificate / Diploma in Hotel Management, Culinary Art or related field.
- Minimum one (1) or two (2) years in Commis position in Hotel (Preferable in four (4) or five (5) star hotel), or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience.
- Good communications skill for both written and verbal in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Ability to work overtime when needed and assist the workload of others.
- Ability to work under pressure
- Energetic, result-oriented and prepared to face challenges – irrelevant of consequences.
- Resourceful and reliable in meeting objectives and expectations
- Engaged in preparing and cooking food, to ensure an efficient, profitable and smooth food service at all times.
- Ensure that all food is prepared according to the exact requirements of the recipes used all the while ensuring that the food presentation is maintained and in accordance to the standard set by Executive Chef.
- Ensure the kitchen is always in safe condition, so as to prevent accidents and report all accidents, health and safety hazards to Demi Chef De Partie
- Provide a courteous and professional service at all times.
- Ensure that all kitchen’s equipments and utensils are clean and in working condition at all times. Check all areas assigned in regards to sanitation and hygiene contamination of any kind.
- Perform any other duties as directed by the management.

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
