Why You’ll Love This Role:
As our HR Operations & Employee Experience, you will play a key role in ensuring HR compliance, policy enhancement, and employee engagement while contributing to a structured and positive workplace. You’ll have the opportunity to:
Maintain & Enhance Our HR Playbook:
- Review, update, and improve the Employee Handbook so it stays relevant and aligned with employment laws and company culture.
- Draft, refine, and implement HR guidelines and SOPs to keep everything running smoothly.
- Conduct regular reviews to spot gaps and propose improvements that strengthen our HR frameworks.
Support Employee Growth & Performance:
- Manage the Performance Plan and Evaluation Program (PEP) to track employee achievements and support career progression.
Keep HR Operations Running Smoothly:
- Oversee employees leave and claim to ensure a seamless experience.
- Maintain an up-to-date organization chart so everyone knows who’s who.
Support Employee Development & Engagement:
- Apply for training grants to help employees grow in their careers.
- Assist in handling tenancy agreements for company premises.
- Plan and organize fun and meaningful employee engagement events, from company town halls to festive celebrations and employee surveys.
- Keep employees informed and engaged by managing HR and internal announcements.
What We’re Looking For:
- A degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, or a related field is preferred.
- 2-4 years of experience in HR compliance, policy management, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulatory standards.
- Experience in policy drafting, handbook audits, and process enhancements
- Ability to analyze policies, identify gaps, and propose strategic improvements.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A solution-oriented mindset with the ability to think creatively and drive improvements.
- Proficiency in HR software and tools, with expertise in Microsoft Office Suite.
