Job Role
The candidate will be responsible for supporting team members in meeting operational plans and maintain financial information, including the administration of the company to meet the legislative requirement.
We are looking for someone with initiative, possessed good communication skills, analytical skills, a can-do attitude and familiarity with Malaysia’s accounting Standards and other relevant accounting and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
· Monitoring outstanding accounts receivable balances and follow up with customers on overdue payments through phone calls, emails, or letters to ensure timely collections.
· Reconcile customer accounts to ensure accuracy and resolve any discrepancies between invoiced amounts and payments received.
· Prepare and analyse accounts receivable ageing reports to track the aging of receivables and identify delinquent accounts for further action.
· Reconcile monthly sales report prepare by outlets to ensure sales are tally with system.
· Prepare and post journal entries to accurately record financial transactions.
· Assist in the month-end and year-end closing processes by performing various reconciliations, accruals, and allocations to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
· Ensure proper maintenance of accounting records & filing.
· To carry out other duties and ad-hoc assignment as and when required by The Management.
Job Requirements
- Candidates must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Professional certificate or any equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 years of working experience in the related field.
- Proactive, good team players, meticulous, able to work under pressure and committed to meeting tight deadlines and objectives.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality, honesty, attention to detail, and accuracy.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
