HR Manager
1. Lead Generation & Prospecting
Promote HR services through online and offline marketing strategies.
Utilize social media, job portals, and company websites for digital recruitment.
Organize events, job fairs, and networking sessions to increase visibility.
Research and identify potential candidates (companies looking for talent).
Use various channels (LinkedIn, cold calls, social networking, events, etc.
Build a database of potential candidates.
2. Potential Candidates Engagement & Business Development & Relationship Management
Maintain communication with potential candidates to understand their hiring challenges.
Provide updates on recruitment progress and market trends.
Offer post-hiring support to ensure candidates satisfaction.
6. Achieving Recruitment Targets & Reporting
Meet monthly or quarterly recruitment's targets.
Prepare reports on candidates engagement, sales performance, and recruitment success rates.

Pay: From RM2,500.00 per month
