  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  1. Open Chrome on your computer.
  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Responsibilities:

  • To ensure team / branch performance meets or exceed set target.
  • To ensure daily job quota is set and allocation to technicians on time.
  • To support and/or ensure ad-hoc cases are attended
  • To ensure timely crediting of Branch's daily collections.
  • To assist technicians and CRA in handling customer enquiries and complaints.
  • To assist and provide guidance to technician on technical problem.
  • To ensure adequate repair tools and measuring devices for technicians.
  • To ensure branch warehouse stocks as well as technician stocks accuracy.
  • To conduct periodic stock count for technicians
  • To ensure staff has adequate skill and knowledge for the job.
  • To disseminate technical service information and service activities to the team.
  • To verify and timely submit Service Bill Collection List & Staff claim.
  • To comply PDPA and ABC policy
  • To execute any other job functions as assigned by superior.

Requirements:

  • Min. 2 years in technical service or relevant working experience
  • Possess experience in supervising a team
  • Performance driven and good interpersonal skills
  • Possess valid driving license

Knowledge and Skill:

  • Product knowledge of RO system
  • Complaint handling skill
  • Trouble shooting skill
  • Knowledge of CRMS, Mobile Application & Inventory system

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
