Requirements:
- Proven experience in customer support or as a Client Service Representative.
- Track record of exceeding expectations and smashing quotas.
- Strong phone skills and the ability to listen actively.
- Familiar with CRM systems and best practices.
- Customer-first attitude, with the ability to adapt to all types of customers.
- Exceptional communication skills, both in speaking and presentation.
- Multi-tasking pro with the ability to prioritize and manage time like a boss!
- Willing to work at Sungai Long, Kajang.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
