Requirements:

  • Proven experience in customer support or as a Client Service Representative.
  • Track record of exceeding expectations and smashing quotas.
  • Strong phone skills and the ability to listen actively.
  • Familiar with CRM systems and best practices.
  • Customer-first attitude, with the ability to adapt to all types of customers.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both in speaking and presentation.
  • Multi-tasking pro with the ability to prioritize and manage time like a boss!
  • Willing to work at Sungai Long, Kajang.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

Supplemental Pay:

  • Performance bonus
