  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  • Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner to enhance engagement.
  • Monitor and manage online conversations and brand reputation.
  • Grow followers and improve engagement rates through targeted strategies.
  • Collaborate with influencers and brand ambassadors to increase visibility.

3. Analytics & Performance Tracking

  • Track, analyze, and report key performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions, etc.).
  • Use insights to optimize content strategy and improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and stay updated on industry trends.

4. Advertising & Paid Campaigns

  • Assist in planning and executing paid social media campaigns.
  • Optimize ad performance through A/B testing and audience segmentation.
  • Monitor budget allocation and ROI for paid promotions.

5. Trend Monitoring & Innovation

  • Stay updated on social media trends, emerging platforms, and algorithm changes.

Requirements:

  • Diploma and Above.
  • 1-3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, analytics tools, and content trends.
  • Excellent copywriting, communication, and storytelling skills.
  • Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or video editing tools is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
