  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Each Shift consists of 9 working hours included 1-hour break-time

Working days: 5 days per week (including weekends)

Job Description

· Responsible for customer online consultation and answering questions, providing effective answers to customer consultation needs

· Maintain good communication and cooperation with relevant departments

· To exceed customers' expectations in terms of customer service & accurate information.

· Work in a team to achieve the required KPI elements and SLA.

· Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.

· Communicating with customers through various channels and acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.

· Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.

· Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.

· Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary and providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.

· Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

Requirements:

· Possess at least TOPIK 4 or above/ Graduate University in Korea (Non-Native)

· Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or equivalent level (Native)

· Education: SPM, UEC, O-level or; and above

· Freshers are welcome to apply

· Full Training Program will be provided for new hires even fresh graduates who are interested to start their career.
