Recruitment and Onboarding Program
- Manage the recruitment process, including employee exportation, resume screening, and conducting interview sessions.
- Handle the recruitment of new employees, including managing the accommodation of foreign workers, preparing offer letters, employment contracts, and conducting orientation sessions, among others.
Employee Relations and Engagement
- Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Support employee engagement initiatives, including organizing company events, team-building activities, and employee recognition programs.
Implementation of HR Policies
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and best practices.
- Maintain and update employee handbooks and other HR documentation.
Performance Management
- Coordinate the performance evaluation process, including setting schedules, collecting feedback, and supporting managers during evaluations.
Payroll and Benefits Administration
- Assist in payroll processing, ensuring timely and accurate pay for employees.
- Manage employee benefits, including administering leave, medical claims, and other welfare programs.
Administrative Support
- Provide general administrative support, including managing office supplies, handling correspondence, and maintaining office facilities such as cleanliness and office ambiance.
- Organize meetings, prepare agendas and refreshments, and take minutes when required.
Employee Records and Data Management
- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring the accuracy and confidentiality of personal and employment information.
- Prepare HR reports and data analysis to support decision-making.
Compliance and Regulatory Requirements
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, health and safety regulations, and company policies.
- Assist in handling disciplinary actions, complaints, and conflict resolution according to company procedures.
Training and Development
- Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs.
- Maintain training records and assist in tracking employee skill development and certifications.
Maintain Effectiveness of ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System
- Ensure all relevant work-related documents are properly placed and managed.
- Ensure the department adheres to Quality System Procedures, SO guidelines, and other requirements specified in the ISO 9001:2015 QMS.
Office Management
- Oversee daily office operations, including the maintenance of office equipment, cleanliness, safety, and the overall office environment.
