This role is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources Department. Tasks involve administration of the Talent Acquisition, HR procedures and driving any initiatives from LLMR/Merlin. You will have the opportunity to be exposed to other HR functional areas assigned: Departmental development, Human Resources Management System (HRMS), HR Operations and Administration.
- Minimum a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration or Equivalent.
- Strong administrative, organizational and follow up skill.
- Resourceful and ability to resolve non-complex problems/situations independently.
- Attention to details and ability to deliver quality work.
- Good command of English & Bahasa Malaysia verbal and non-verbal.
- Competent in using Microsoft Applications such as Words, Excel and Powerpoint.
