Job Scope:

  • Assist in the preparation and organization of F&B documentation, including inventory reports, purchase orders, and vendor contracts.
  • Support the team in maintaining schedules, coordinating meetings, and managing calendars.
  • Help with data entry, record-keeping, and filing for F&B projects and operations.
  • Assist with communication and coordination between the F&B department and other departments.
  • Provide administrative support in organizing events, promotions, and team activities.
  • Perform other general administrative tasks as assigned.

Requirement:

  • Currently pursuing a Diploma/Degree in Hotel/Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Good communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Normal office hours: Mon - Fri (8:30am - 5:30pm)

Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: From RM1,000.00 per month
