Responsibilities
- Greet customers with a warm and professional demeanor
- Respond to customer inquiries, providing helpful and persuasive information to enhance sales
- Assist customers in locating products they need, using effective sales techniques to upsell and cross-sell
- Organize and maintain an orderly stock room
- Ensure shelves are neatly stocked and products are displayed attractively
- Address customer concerns promptly, escalating complex issues to the manager when necessary

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
