PMO Admin - Contracting Analyst (Digital Banking)

Role Overview: We are seeking a Contracting Analyst with a focus on PMO Admin to manage Statement of Work (SOW) and vendor engagement for our digital banking initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting vendor governance, procurement processes, and monitoring program budgets in a multi-vendor organization. Key Responsibilities: Assist in managing SOW (Statement of Work) and vendor engagement processes. Utilize Jira, JQL, Confluence, and Portfolio for Jira to track and manage project timelines, tasks, and resources. Handle procurement processes, including resources, services, software, invoices, and reconciliation. Ensure compliance with vendor governance and controls to maintain operational efficiency. Support program budgeting by monitoring budgets, preparing reports, and managing periodical management reporting. Develop and maintain project documentation, tracking systems, and financial reports. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth communication and execution of digital banking projects. Technical Skills: Mandatory: Proficiency with Jira, JQL, Confluence, Portfolio for Jira Strong Excel skills for reporting and analysis Good-to-Have: Experience in vendor governance, procurement, and program budgeting. Desired Attributes: Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a multi-vendor, dynamic environment. Excellent presentation skills and ability to manage ambiguity. Self-starter with the ability to work independently and efficiently. Experience with vendor management and financial reporting.
