Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, create, and post engaging TikTok content (videos, trends, challenges).
  • Host and manage TikTok Live sessions to promote products and engage audiences.
  • Set up livestream equipment (lighting, camera, streaming software) for professional-quality broadcasts.
  • Monitor audience engagement, comments, and trends to optimize content strategy.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align TikTok content with campaigns.
  • Track and analyze TikTok performance metrics to improve engagement and sales.

Job Specifications:

  • Education: Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related fields.
  • Experience: 1-2 years in social media marketing, TikTok content creation, or livestream hosting.
  • Skills:
  • Strong understanding of TikTok trends and algorithm.
  • Confident on-camera personality with good communication skills.
  • Basic knowledge of livestream setup (lighting, audio, video quality).
  • Video editing skills (CapCut, VN, Adobe Premiere) are a plus.
  • Ability to analyze TikTok insights and adjust strategies accordingly.
