Position Title: Technical Support Executive
Our client is a leading Information Technology service provider that specializes in delivering consultancy and managed IT service to the group of companies. Currently, they are looking for a Technical Support Executive to provide 1st level of technical support for the company’s system.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manning help desk to provide response to application support to system users within the organization, and to external customers, clinics, x-ray facilities, laboratories, vendors and Government departments.
- Daily record of cases using excel to maintain SLA on the help desk request – telephone, email & FIOT Support System
- Maintaining, managing and updating user manual for all applications.
- Provide technical support and maintain the Company's corporate website and social media.
- Accomplishes organization ad-hoc mission by completing related results as needed.
- Protects operations by keeping information confidential.
- To undertake any other assignment as required by the immediate superior / Management from time to time.
Key Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (Fresh graduates are welcome)
- Basic understanding of IT systems, software applications, and troubleshooting.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to provide support to internal and external users.
- Ability to analyze and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Experience or willingness to handle help desk support and user inquiries.
- Basic knowledge of managing corporate websites and social media platforms.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to RM3,000.00 per month
