Theme Park Sales & Event Executive | Mont Kiara
This role involves overseeing and driving sales strategies for corporate clients and events. This includes targeting businesses, organizations, and groups that may want to book large-scale events, meetings, corporate outings, team-building activities, or other exclusive experiences at the theme park. You main responsible is Developing and implementing initiatives to grow corporate and offline business and identifying new opportunities
1. Sales Strategy Development:
- Targeting Corporate Clients: Tour Agency, School, Corprate Companies
- Promotional Campaigns: Tailored package for corporate clients
- Partnerships and Sponsorships: Sponsorships or partnerships with companies
2. Client Relationship Management:
- Building Relationships: Establishing and maintaining long-term relationships
- Networking: Attending business events, conferences, or trade shows
- Client Needs Assessment: Understanding clients’ specific needs and providing tailored solutions.
3. Sales Presentation and Negotiation:
- Proposals and Contracts: Preparing proposals and negotiating deals
- Presenting Park Offerings: Conducting presentations to corporate clients
4. Event Management and Coordination:
- Corporate Event Execution: Overseeing the execution of corporate events
- Coordination with Other Departments: Collaborating with park operations
5. Sales Reporting and Analysis:
- Target Achievement: Meeting corporate sales targets
- Market Analysis: Analyzing market trends, competitors, and client feedback
- Reporting: Regularly reporting on sales performance & revenue.
6. Customer Service Excellence:
- Client Satisfaction: Gather feedbacks & post-event follow-ups
- Problem-Solving: Addressing any issues that arise during events with solution
7. Budget and Pricing Management:
- Pricing Strategy: Establishing appropriate pricing structures.
- Budget Management: Managing the sales budget while maximizing profitability.
8. Team Collaboration:
- Sales Team Leadership: Leading and mentoring a team of sales executives
- Interdepartmental Coordination: Working closely with other departments to ensure the success of corporate sales efforts.
Who must you be?
To successfully fill this role, you will have the right attitude, behaviours, skills, and values that follow:
- At least 1 years’ experience in a sales & event roles
- Passionate about hospitality and sales;
- Goal-driven and hungry for commissions;
- A never say die attitude and a refusal to take no for an answer;
- A self-starter with a sense of urgency and the ability to work pro-actively;
- Enthusiastic, confident and sociable; excellent communication and people skills; must be comfortable giving memorable sales presentations;
- Must be a doer and see ideas through from inception to reality; ability to organize, multi-task, project manage and deliver results under pressure;
- A desire to experiment (creatively and cost effectively!) and the ability to make quick adjustments to changing conditions
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
