We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic accounting professional to join our Company. In this, you will be exposed to the following areas in Finance - Financial Accounting, Business Law/Contracts, Procurement, Project Accounting, Taxation, and Compliance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Client Finance:
  • Support the Finance Manager to perform client finance operations, including reviewing agreements, onboarding new customers & vendors, project budgeting, margin assessment, project database, managing billings and payments, work-in-progress, intercompany transactions, assisting client finance team for tenders/RFP/RFQ.
  • Support assessment on client project revenue recognition for month-end closing.
  • Assist in monitoring and reviewing of client contribution margin and over-servicing and work with business team to identify and address issues on specific projects and clients.

Financial Planning & Analysis:
  • Work closely with the Finance Shared Service Team on Cash and banking reconciliations and management of Accounts payable expenses reconciliation, fixed asset and leased assets reconciliations.
  • Support the Finance Manager on month-end closing.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • University degree in Accounting/Finance/Business Studies and/or Professional Accounting qualifications such as ACCA.
  • Between 4 to 5+ years of relevant working experience.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word and Excel.
  • Excellent Interpersonal skills, including written and verbal communication.
  • Genuine intent to learn and have analytical mindset skills.
  • Ensure the completion of assigned tasks in line with established deadlines.
