Job description of Growth Manager
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Growth Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving customer acquisition, engagement, and retention through innovative digital strategies, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize growth initiatives across our digital platforms.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for digital marketing, a strong understanding of data analytics, and a keen ability to identify new opportunities for digital growth within the banking and fintech sectors.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Strategy Development:
- Develop and execute digital growth strategies to drive customer acquisition and retention for our digital banking products and services.
- Identify emerging digital marketing trends and technologies to enhance digital presence and customer engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, design, and technology, to align growth initiatives with overall business objectives.
Data Analysis & Insights:
- Leverage data and analytics to evaluate the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns and identify areas of opportunity.
- Monitor key performance metrics (KPIs) such as user acquisition, customer lifetime value (CLV), and conversion rates to inform strategic decisions.
- Conduct A/B testing and optimization of digital campaigns to ensure maximum impact and ROI.
Customer Acquisition & Engagement:
- Oversee the development and execution of targeted digital campaigns across multiple channels (social media, SEO, email marketing, SEM, display advertising).
- Work closely with the product team to identify and target new customer segments to enhance user acquisition.
- Develop personalized engagement strategies to foster long-term customer relationships and brand loyalty.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:
- Work closely with other marketing, operations, and product teams to ensure alignment in digital initiatives.
- Present reports, insights, and strategic recommendations to senior management to guide decision-making and resource allocation.
- Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners to optimize marketing efforts.
Continuous Improvement & Innovation:
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve the digital growth strategy.
- Experiment with new tactics, channels, and technologies to drive innovation in digital customer acquisition and engagement.
Requirements
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, or similar roles, preferably in the banking or fintech industry.
- Proven track record of successfully managing digital marketing campaigns and driving growth in digital platforms.
- Skills & Competencies:
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, tools, and best practices (SEO, SEM, paid social media, email marketing, etc.).
- Proficient in data analysis tools (Google Analytics, Tableau, Power BI, etc.) and the ability to derive actionable insights.
- Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools (Leanplum, Clevertap etc.).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to adapt to an evolving digital landscape.
