Telesales Representative

Job Summary We are looking for enthusiastic and persuasive Telesales Representatives to join our team. No prior experience is required—just a keen interest in sales, strong communication skills, and a willingness to learn. This role involves making outbound calls, engaging with potential customers, and promoting our products/services. Key Responsibilities • Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to introduce and promote our products/services. • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions. • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers. • Meet or exceed sales targets and performance goals. • Handle customer inquiries, objections, and follow-ups professionally. • Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system. • Continuously learn about products, services, and sales techniques. Requirements • No prior experience needed—training will be provided. • Strong communication and persuasion skills. • Confidence and enthusiasm in speaking with customers. • A goal-driven and self-motivated mindset. • Ability to handle rejection and stay positive. • Good computer skills especially Microsoft Excel is required.
