HR Specialist (Recruitment)
Job Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:
o Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
o Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies, utilizing job boards, social media, employee referrals, and other channels.
o Collaborate closely with hiring managers to define roles, create job descriptions, and understand staffing needs.
o Conduct initial screenings and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
o Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
o Track and analyze recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, quality-of-hire) and provide regular reports.
o Stay updated on recruitment trends and best practices to improve hiring processes.
- HR Operations:
o Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
o Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and documentation.
o Provide administrative support for various HR functions (e.g., training, payroll, benefits, performance management).
o Respond to employee inquiries and resolve HR-related issues.
o Contribute to employee engagement initiatives, such as team-building activities and annual events.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2 to 3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques and sourcing strategies.
- Experience in employer branding and recruitment marketing.
- General HR operations knowledge is preferred.
- Familiarity with labor laws and employment regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proactive and independent work style, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team.
- Proficient in Mandarin is preferred to support effective communication with HQ.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
