We are looking for a dedicated and organized Admin Assistant to join our team! If you have a passion for customer service and administrative tasks, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Location: USJ 1, Subang
Working Days: Monday - Saturday
  • Working Hours: 9 - 5pm

Key Responsibilities:

Process waybills for e-commerce platforms
Arrange order deliveries
Handle customer service inquiries
Issue invoices and input supplier invoices
Order stock and manage inventory
Prepare monthly stock closing reports

Requirements:
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to multitask efficiently
Prior experience in administrative or customer service roles is an advantage
Proficiency in SiteGiant, courier platforms, or accounting systems is a plus
