We are a fast-growing tech company, currently expanding our team. As a dynamic and innovative company in the gaming sector, we are looking to add an HR Manager/ Specialist to support our growth and HR functions.
Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated HR Manager/ Specialist to oversee and manage all human resource functions. The role will focus on recruitment, employee relations, and other HR duties, with direct reporting to the CEO.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Oversee employee relations, performance management, and foster a positive work environment.
- Handle employee benefits, compensation, and other HR functions.
- Develop and maintain HR processes and policies in line with company goals.
- Help implement an HR management system (HRIS) once processes are in place.
- Other ad-hoc HR tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in HR, preferably with a background in gaming, tech, or startups.
- Strong understanding of HR processes such as recruitment, employee relations, and compensation & benefits.
- Fluent in both English and Mandarin (written and spoken).
- Must be willing to be based in Johor Bahru.
- Ability to work independently and proactively manage HR responsibilities.
- Familiarity with HR tools and systems is a plus, but not required.
