Account Assistant
Job Description
- Maintain the records of accounts payable within the timeline and responsible to ensure the accuracy
- Ensure that accounts payable are monthly reconciled
- Assist in suppliers' monthly payment arrangement and liaising with creditor to resolve payment inquiries
- Assist in research, negotiate, and purchase goods and services required by the company
- Assist in general administrative matters
- Organize and maintain physical and digital records
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
- At least 1 year of experience in accounting, purchasing or administrative roles preferred.
- Fresh graduates with relevant qualifications are encouraged to apply
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and accounting software is advantageous
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,700.00 per month
