- Reconcile invoices and identify discrepancies
- Experience in Accounting System
- Updating and maintenance accounting records
- Update financial transactions into internal databases
- Maintain digital and physical financial records
- Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information
- Familiarity with finance regulations
- Handling communications with clients and vendors via phone, email, and in person.
- Controlling credit and chasing debt
- Updating and maintaining procedural documentation
- Manage accounting documentation based on company Policy and Procedures
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Degree in accounting or LCCI & above
- Preferable 1 years of relevant experience in Accounting or Finance industry
- Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
- Must be computer literate – MS excel and MS words & able to learn new system
- Knowledge of accounting software is an added advantage
- Team worker with good interpersonal skills
- Willing to learn and able to work independently
- Must be willing to travel
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract, Internship
Contract length: 9 months
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,900.00 per month
