Job Responsibilities:
To assist and initiate new product development including production scale up tasks
Daily execution of R&D related lab activities
To carry out R&D projects such as formulation, sample preparation and sensory evaluation of food products
Manufacturing of batches in the R&D lab, process optimization for formulations, documentation generation, defining/creating release specifications and tracking stability
Troubleshooting formulas as well as continuous improvement of existing formulas and processes
Carry out pilot plant trials in production and coordinate with relevant departments to resolve problems
Maintain R&D raw material inventory which includes logging and removing expired raw materials
Ensure safe and hygiene conditions, equipment are maintained in R&D Lab
To keep a record of all R&D related documents
Perform other responsibilities as assigned by superior or management from time to time
Job Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Food Science/Food Technology/Food Nutrition or equivalent
Possess at least 1 year working experience as a R&D Executive or Research Assistant in plant extract process. However, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
Possess analytical skills with a problem solving attitude
Dynamic, self motivated, Good team Player and fast learner
Proactive and versatile with strong initiative
Ability to set own priorities and work independently and effectively in a team

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
