Barista

We are looking for a friendly and skilled Barista to prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages. The ideal candidate will have a passion for coffee, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and Serve Beverages:

• Brew coffee, espresso, and other specialty drinks following standard recipes.
• Operate coffee machines, grinders, and brewing equipment efficiently.
• Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation of all beverages.

Customer Service:

• Greet and engage with customers warmly, taking orders accurately.
• Recommend drinks and food items based on customer preferences.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.

Maintain Cleanliness & Hygiene:

• Keep the café area, equipment, and workstations clean and organized.
• Follow food safety and sanitation standards at all times.

Cash Handling & Order Processing:

• Process payments using cash, card, or digital transactions.
• Issue receipts and manage the cash register accurately.

Stock Management:

• Monitor inventory levels of coffee beans, milk, and other supplies.
• Assist in receiving, storing, and restocking café items.

Requirements:

Prior experience as a barista or in a similar role is a plus.
Basic knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and latte art (preferred).
Strong communication and customer service skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
