Overview

Job Description
  • To support Project Management Team including tracking status of deliverables and milestones, issue coordination, planning, reporting, and coordinating activities in support of quality objectives.
  • Supporting project manager in executing project delivery. Schedule and organize project meetings and training with project team members.
  • Interacting daily with Project Manager to track status of project deliverables and milestones.
  • Compiling project status update from Project Manager and creating PMO Department Reports.
  • Compiling and filing project document in hardcopy and softcopy.
  • Process new project request from user, verify data completeness, registration and status update in system.
  • Managing and Maintaining Asset Inventory in PMO department .

Requirements
  • Bachelor Degree in related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in the related field or fresh graduate.
  • PMO experience and Stakeholder Management is highly desirable.
  • Strong administrative skills..
