  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Help find suppliers online, update information and list of suppliers according to project requirements. Examples: supplies of office tools, stationery, corporate door gifts, equipment for corporate events and others.
  • Process the purchase requisition received and determine the appropriate approach to get quotation/proposal/information.
  • Liaise with the user department in resolving any technicality in the request and resolve issues that arise with accounts payable.
  • Always ensure best practices in the implementation of purchasing procedures through an updated supplier database in finding the best price with a desired quantity and quality.
  • Coordinate procurement document preparation, vendors’ contract preparation, and maintenance to ensure traceability.
  • Participate in any specialized projects and assignments related to procurement as required.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Degree with above 3 years of related experience or Diploma with more than 3 years of related experience.
  • Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office software with experience in operating or any system for purchasing and material management modules.
  • Able to lead and provide support to production from a procurement point of view.
  • Ability to implement and enforce procedures for procurement operations/activities.
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines with a good and committed working attitude.
  • Have a driving license: B2 & D / DA.
