  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

KEY DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations, assigning weekly performance goals and assuring their completion, while accomplishing your own goals
  • Responsible in formulating overall strategy, managing people and establishing policies
  • Experienced in management level, obtains profit contribution by managing staff and establishing and accomplishing business objectives
  • Reviews analyses of activities, costs, operations and forecast data to determine department or division progress towards stated goals and objectives
  • Review’s operations and plans to meet requirements for sales planning and to ascertain outsourcing requirements to develop new market
  • Develop, implement, and maintain budgetary and resource allocation plans
  • Develops strategic plan by studying technological and financial opportunities, presenting analysis, and recommending objectives
  • Able to generate reports and comfortable presenting ideas to improve revenues
  • Develop sales and profit targets and objectives to support the business and its operations / expansion, taking the economic conditions and other factors into consideration
  • Demonstrate high level of responsiveness in communicating with employees of all levels and other external constituents
  • Responsible in overseeing the retail activities, hiring for retails and enforcing organizational standard
  • Seek out opportunities for expansion and growth by developing new business relationship
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge in SOP; establishing personal networks; benchmarking and participating in professional societies
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Holds a tertiary qualification in Business Management, Business Operation or equivalent
  • At least 15 years of work experience with at least 7 years in a leadership role in retail or consumer business with strong analytical ability
  • Candidates must have broad-based experience in retail operation, inventory management and distribution
  • Candidates with international exposure will be added advantage
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and oral
  • An agile, inspiring, and energetic leader capable of operating at both the strategic and operational levels
  • Willing to work at Damansara Heights

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM10,000.00 - RM15,000.00 per month
