As a fast-growing hospitality and nightlife brand, we are looking for a passionate and experienced Bar Manager to lead our team and play a key role in this exciting new venture.

Key Responsibilities

Bar Operations & Management

  • Oversee all aspects of bar operations, ensuring seamless service and efficiency.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and compliance with health & safety regulations.
  • Manage stock levels, ordering, and cost control to maximize profitability.
  • Develop SOPs to ensure a high-quality and consistent guest experience.
  • Leadership & Team Development
  • Recruit, train, and manage a team of skilled bartenders and service staff.
  • Foster a positive and high-energy work culture that encourages teamwork and innovation.
  • Create and manage staff schedules to ensure smooth operations.

Guest Experience & Beverage Innovation

  • Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure all guests enjoy a premium experience.
  • Work with bartenders to create an innovative and exciting cocktail menu.
  • Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and special requests professionally.

Sales & Financial Performance

  • Monitor bar revenue, costs, and profitability, implementing strategies for growth.
  • Work closely with marketing to drive promotions, events, and seasonal campaigns.
  • Identify and capitalize on trends in the KL nightlife and bar scene.

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience as a Bar Manager or senior bartender in a high-volume, upscale bar or nightclub.
Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and mixology trends.
Leadership skills – ability to train, motivate, and manage a team.
Business acumen – understanding of inventory control, pricing strategies, and financial reporting.
Passion for nightlife and creating unforgettable guest experiences.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
