- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in Mandarin, Simplified Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia
- Provide accurate information regarding healthcare products, services, and policies
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
- Document customer interactions and ensure follow-up as needed
- Collaborate with other teams to address complex customer concerns
- Assist in processing orders, returns, exchanges, and warranty claims
- Maintain knowledge of healthcare industry trends and company updates
- Meet performance metrics such as response time and customer satisfaction
- Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking Mandarin, Simplified Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia
- Previous experience in the healthcare industry (any role is acceptable)
- Minimum of SPM / Diploma / Degree
- At least 6 months of working experience, with a preference for candidates with at least 6 months of customer service experience
