  • Meet performance metrics such as response time and customer satisfaction
  • Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking Mandarin, Simplified Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Previous experience in the healthcare industry (any role is acceptable)
  • Minimum of SPM / Diploma / Degree
  • At least 6 months of working experience, with a preference for candidates with at least 6 months of customer service experience
